When a Strong Woman Finally Admits She Is Tired

I have always been strong.

The one who holds everyone together.

The one who figures things out.

There were days I didn’t need advice, motivation, or solutions. I just needed someone to say, “You’ve done enough today.”

Being tired doesn’t mean I am weak.
Crying doesn’t mean I am failing.
Asking for help doesn’t mean I am incapable.

Motherhood taught me that strength sometimes looks like rest. It looks like pausing. It looks like choosing yourself without apology.

If today all you managed to do was keep your child fed and loved, that is more than enough.

Reminder:
Strong mothers deserve softness, too.
