    Mommy Brain? 😄

How are you all coping with this thing of forgetting everything all the time?

It has been a challenging season for me. I constantly forget appointments, important tasks, and sometimes even what I walked into a room for. Medically, they say it only lasts for a while… but honestly, I’ve had enough now. I want my brain back! 😂

A big thank you to my family for their understanding—especially my 6-year-old daughter, who has become my personal reminder system. She is basically running my schedule at this point!

Motherhood can be tough, but it is all worth it for the smiles, hugs, and giggles that come with it.

These days, I rely heavily on lists stuck on the fridge (and sometimes the back of my hand 😄). It really does help!

To all the moms out there—you are not alone. We will get through this, too.

😂 A Little Laughter for Tired Moms – Motherhood Jokes

Because if we don’t laugh, we might cry 😄

    1. Motherhood is realizing that silence usually means someone is doing something they shouldn’t.

    2. Sleep when the baby sleeps — clean when the baby cleans… oh wait 😅

    3. Before kids: I’ll never let my child do that.
After kids: Please just don’t hurt yourself.

    4. Being a mom means reheating the same cup of tea five times and still never drinking it hot.

    5. I used to have hobbies. Now I have laundry.

    6. Whoever said motherhood is beautiful forgot to mention the lack of sleep.

    7. My workout plan is lifting my baby, pacing the house, and running on zero sleep.

    Truth:
Motherhood is hard — laughter helps us survive it.

When a Strong Woman Finally Admits She Is Tired

    I have always been strong.

The one who holds everyone together.

The one who figures things out.

There were days I didn’t need advice, motivation, or solutions. I just needed someone to say, “You’ve done enough today.”

Being tired doesn’t mean I am weak.
Crying doesn’t mean I am failing.
Asking for help doesn’t mean I am incapable.

Motherhood taught me that strength sometimes looks like rest. It looks like pausing. It looks like choosing yourself without apology.

If today all you managed to do was keep your child fed and loved, that is more than enough.

    Reminder:
    Strong mothers deserve softness, too.

Loving My Baby While Missing Myself

Some days, I look at my baby and feel my heart swell with love.
Other days, I miss myself — the woman who could shower without rushing, sleep without interruptions, and think without counting feeds and naps.

Loving my child deeply does not cancel out the grief of who I used to be. Motherhood did not erase me, but it did reshape me. Slowly, painfully, beautifully.

There are moments when I feel guilty for craving alone time, as if motherhood should fill every space inside me. But I am learning that missing myself doesn’t make me ungrateful — it makes me human.

Motherhood is learning to love your child fiercely while patiently finding your way back to yourself. And some days, just surviving is enough.

    Affirmation:
You are allowed to miss who you were while embracing who you are becoming.
